One important way that Long Beach can preserve it's architectural heritage is through adaptive reuse of buildings. Adaptive reuse is the repurposing of older buildings to new functions such as homes.
Please attend this event celebrating the rebirth of the Temple Lofts from a1920's vintage Masonic Temple into modern loft dwellings.
The historic Masonic Temple has been converted to lofts. Take a step back in time to 1924 as you stroll through the grand lobby. Then look at the modern comforts and conveniences of the spacious homes as owners open their lofts for viewing. Floor plans range from 800 to 3000 square feet with soaring ceilings.
Don't miss this rare opportunity to see how homeowners have adapted a historic building into their own special living space.
Your ticket donation also helps sponsor this event and other fine historic preservation educational programs produced by Long Beach Heritage!
